The Skatepark in Arvada has a 6 foot half pipe, an Ollie box, pyramid, a 4 foot pipe, and a bionic bow. The Arvada Skate Park is the only skateboarding facility in the city. Participants are to bring their own helmet, knee and elbow pads, and skateboard.
West Woods Golf Club has picturesque views of the mountain peaks and skylines creating a relaxing environment to play a round of golf. The West Arvada Dog Park is Arvada's first off-leash dog park and consists of five acres of fun for dogs to run, hop, skip, and jump. The pups may also socialize with others and have fun being free. The park includes a separate area for small and shy dogs, a bench, custom bag dispensers, and a gorgeous view of the Rocky Mountains. The Arvada Dog Park requires that you bring your own water.
